I started this foundation to ensure that no girl feels left behind the way I once did. Education and sports gave me a path — now I’m opening that path for others.
Founded in 2024 by Aisha Khamis Masaka, a trailblazing footballer from Tanzania who became the first female from the country to play in the British Female Premier League. Inspired by her journey and the obstacles she overcame, the foundation aims to provide access to quality education and use sports as a tool for empowerment.
To provide quality education and sustainable solutions by fostering personal and community development through sports and games. Our core values in this mission include Environmental Responsibility, Hygiene Education and Healthy Habits and Breaking The Silence : Empowering Girs through improved menstrual Health Management
First phase to reach ten (10) schools in the regions
of Pwani, Lindi, Mbeya, Singida and Zanzibar.
The strategy is to build a total of sixty (60) holes
for all 10 schools equal to six (6) holes per school.
This project shall select two schools from each of
the five regions
